It can be the top of the mountain, the beach, or a comfortable chair at home – it is important that this is where you get a charge of energy. The concept of “place of power” was introduced by the mystic writer Carlos Castaneda. His heroes lived in complete harmony with nature, recharged by energy from trees, mysterious caves, and ancient temples. But the unusual properties of some parts of the Earth are known in all cultures. It is no coincidence that our ancestors built cities on the bends of rivers. This was dictated not only by security considerations but also by the fact that such places have particularly strong energy.

First, you don’t want to go. There will be a strong desire to sit or lie down in silence and solitude. You will forget about selfies against the background of natural delights and plunge into blissful contemplation. Feeling dramatically improved, fatigue, headache, and other unpleasant sensations, if any. The influx of energy will bring a good mood and a feeling of purification, liberation. If you manage to fall asleep there, do not doubt – you have found your place of strength.

There are not many of them, they are popular and well studied. Scientists have long been trying to explain the origin of the energy of such places. There are geological (tectonic faults), bioenergy, etc. In Ukraine, for example, Mount Totoha near Boguslav, the village of Bakota in Transnistria, and Maiden’s Mountain in Trypillia have a special power. Other places of power are associated with world religions – Jerusalem, the Himalayas.

Natural sources

You can look for them near the house – in the park, forest. Such places have several mandatory features. First of all, it’s always very beautiful, so to speak, “the eye rests.” There are many of greenery, trees, shrubs, flowers. Another sign – such places are very fond of animals and birds. And if your dog pulls you to the same lawn all the time during the walk, look at it more closely.

An oasis of happiness

A place of strength can also be found at home. Here it is better to place a bed or arrange a seating area.

  • in this place I want to linger, sit in peace and quiet.

The energy of this place can be enhanced with the help of plants. Geranium, azalea, Chinese rose, kalanchoe, the violet will help to create an oasis of happiness at home. There may be places with negative energy in the apartment. As a rule, insects often gather here: cockroaches, flies, ants. This is where the quarrels begin. This place can be cleaned with wormwood, St. John’s wort, ficus with small leaves.

What should be done in the place of strength to saturate it with its healing energy? Some are engaged in spiritual practices, some are praying, some are just sitting and listening to themselves. To visit the energy source as efficiently as possible, you can use the technique of the Druids, who used the energy of trees as a source.

To do this, you need to approach the tree, stop, reject all extraneous thoughts and try to realize that the tree lives. Put your hands on the trunk, feel its power. Try to hug the tree, cling to it with your whole body. Stand for 5 minutes, imagining how the energy rises from the roots to the trunk and flows into your body.
